The short version

No cookies, no ad trackers, no third-party analytics. We only collect what we need to make and deliver your order, plus anonymous visit counts. Fonts and images load from our own server.

Who is responsible

Jacob Schubert, contact details on the imprint page. For anything about your data, email [email protected].

Your bag

What you put in your bag is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It never leaves your device until you check out.

Visit counts

To see how many visits reach a product, the bag and checkout, the site stores a random id for the length of your browser session (session storage, deleted when you close the tab). Our server records that id with the date and the step reached, nothing else: no IP address, no name, nothing that connects it to you or to other visits. These counts are kept for up to 400 days.

When you order

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details to take the payment. We receive your name, email, address and what you ordered. We pass your name, address and order to Printful, who make and ship it. We keep order records as long as tax law requires.

Some of these providers process data in the United States.

Emails about your order

We email you an order confirmation, tracking when your order ships, and, about two weeks after it ships, one email asking for a review. You can ask us not to send the review request.

Newsletter

If you sign up, we store your email address, the time you signed up and confirmed, and the IP address used for both, as proof of your consent. We only start sending after you click the confirmation link. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also reply to any email to unsubscribe. We delete your address on request.

Reviews

If you write a review, we publish your rating, your text and the first name you give, with the month you wrote it. We read every review before it appears and leave out personal details.

When you email us

Emails to our contact address are stored on our own mail server. To answer faster, we use Anthropic’s Claude to draft a reply from your message, our shop policies and your order details. A person reads and edits every reply before it is sent. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf, does not use it to train its models, and may process it in the United States (privacy policy).

Server logs

Like every website, our server logs requests (IP address, time, page, browser). The site sits behind Cloudflare, which protects it from attacks and sees the same request data. Logs are deleted after 14 days.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. If you live in the EU you can also complain to a data protection authority. If you live in California, you have the same rights under the CCPA. We don’t sell or share personal data for advertising.
